I’ve been a listener since the beginning and really appreciate the honest, and mostly compassionate takes. I really love jordana’s rational take on things and how she brings in books and experts as references and shares her own personal experiences. I’d love to see them talk more about relationships that aren’t stereotypical cis het M/F, and also feel like they both, but Jared especially, generalize about gender a TON and it can be a bit outdated seeming. Also, Jared seems like he just doesn’t want to date / be in a relationship at this point which is fine but pretty odd to have as the outlook for the host of this pod. Also, when y’all bring on experts he tends to talk over them a lot which can be tough when you really want to hear fresh wisdom that a guest is bringing on. Overall love the pod though and really appreciate when they talk about how to be in healthier relationships, handling dynamics with partners and people you’re dating, etc.
