My secret best friends

I’ve been listening for a while and just realized I hadn’t given 5 stars yet (shame on me)! I love this podcast so much I’m going back to 2022 episodes because I need Jared and Jordana in my life multiple times a week. The banter, the advice, the awkward sex stories.. it’s all chef’s kiss for me. They literally make me laugh out loud and they’re my secret best friends, no apologies for that.

I feel like they’re talking to me/about me

Setting my standards for podcast hosts

I cannot find a podcast better than this one (seriously tho, I just have to replay the archives 😂) So consistent- they never miss an ep. Always fun & relatable content, so easy to listen to & I actually pay attention lol

Since 2022 and counting!

All the feathers! Found you guys in 2022 and recently decided to listen my way all the way back into previous episodes! Must say I wasn’t disappointed! I disagree with those who wrote that we need more “Jorge guys”: I’m sure he’s a great person, but he literally said he enjoys being married, and I quote, because he likes to come home to someone. Jared is doing the true hard work of being much more ambitious than that, while being respectful of the person he dates. Also, I don’t find you guys racist at all, and I’m an immigrant, I’m not even American. Keep up the good work you both ❤️

I love the pod

I’ve been listening for a couple years now. I’ve since gotten into a relationship but I still love listening to hear their funny commentary and get a sliver of relationship/ life advice per episode. I saw Jared live once and he was great! Jordana also seems super cool and is somewhat of a role model for me. I think their banter is great and very entertaining. 5 stars from me 🥰

Love the Pod

Absolutely love J&J’s dating advice and insight. It’s my go-to dating podcast and I think it’s great to get both the male and female perspectives to common dating situations or even just the perspective on being single. Thank you for the laughs and advice. ❤️

Entertainment Not Advice

I enjoy this podcast, it makes me laugh and I find it entertaining. I love the banter between Jared and Jordana. This is enough to keep me coming back each week. However, I would take everything they say with a grain of salt. I strictly listen to this for the entertainment, I would not recommend it as an advice podcast. There’s also certainly a lot of problematic moments - downplaying of a weapon being pulled out, downplaying of racism, a decent amount of misogyny, normalizing Jared’s drinking. I think they could take some more accountability and feedback, especially when the same reviews and comments come up over and over. Hi Jordana - I know you read every review :)

Jared has seriously given me so much insight into the mind of a guy that has made dating much more enjoyable and less anxiety inducing. I love that Jordana can relate to a lot of the viewers as she also used to be an anxious dater. Just love the energy of the pod and the dynamic between J&J, they’re both so funny.

Love the show

Huge fan, love the chit chat and chemistry between J and J. I come from a very different background than both hosts and probably would disagree on a lot of things, but it’s still one of my favorite podcasts as the Js give nuanced takes and have really honest opinions. Lol my only critique is the recording of Jordana reading the credits at the end sounds like she’s pronouncing the names of people she’s never met before or ever heard their names pronounced before haha. But love you Jordana!

I don’t always agree with every take Jared and Jordana have, but they have great chemistry and I really appreciate their vulnerability and nuance when discussing topics. This podcast has helped me look more introspectively at my dating life and honestly feels like a warm hug to listen to. Thank you both so much for sharing!

Jared’s Date

I’d love to see Jared give it a chance again, but I think it’s fair to give him pictures. He always says that when people DM him and suggest a date and they have a private account, it’s an immediate turn off. Why not have listeners write in, shoot their shot, include pictures, and leave their job off (would be curious to see who he would choose if their job wasn’t listed!)

My weekly entertainment

I feel like Jared and Jordana are my friends at the brunch table. I love that they approach questions with nuance and humor, which makes it very entertaining. Jordana has a way of capturing every woman’s thoughts, and Jared’s stories about his family are my own. I’m 39 and married but still love to listen to their takes on dating and relationships. Have been listening since 2020 and am a paid subscriber, love the exclusive episodes and appreciate how vulnerable and real they both are.

I have been listening to your podcast for about three years. Love listening to you both. Just watched Jared’s Netflix special tonight and it was great I was literally laughing out loud!!! I will be looking for your next Chicago appearance. I never took the time to take a peek at what you looked like Jared. Love

Absolutely love this show. Jared and Jordanna have gotten me through some hard times, and I can honestly say their perspectives helped me completely adjust my take on dating for the better. After a terrible break up, I found this podcast and haven’t looked back - and now I’m happily married! I find the podcast and listening to their stories hilarious and fun. I am a loyal subscriber and wish these two all the success. It’s been amazing to “grow up” with them. Huge kudos to the Js! Lots of love!

Thank you for the laughs and company

I’m spending the holidays far away from friends and family in a country that basically has no sunlight this time of year, and this podcast is giving me life. And it’s letting me “put my brain on the shelf” as needed. Thank you for the laughs, the advice, the encouragement, all the things when it comes to dating and life in general. I am now a With Benefits subscriber and could not be happier with my decision. Thanks for all you do!

Pronouns

Hi, love the show and both of you. Just wondering why Jared always uses they or them even when he knows the sex of the person he’s talking about. He uses plural when it’s only one woman. Drives me nuts but otherwise y’all are great.

Love but Jared needs a new storyline

Love the podcast and being a subscriber! I truly look forward to every episode. But I am tired of Jared’s sob story. Every Sunday Special or Benefits episode is the same thing over and over. Even Jordana sounds like she’s getting annoyed with it. Jared - you’re hot, funny, successful and an impressive 5 foot 8 and a half. Please stop. If you wanted a relationship you could have one. It’s time for new material on JF’s part.
